Starting from Tuesday 1st of February, The Countryman Inn will be holding a Special Curry night every Tuesday in February. We have spent the last few weeks tasting and testing a variety of curry recipes and have created a fantastic selection for our first Curry extravaganza of 2011.
These nights will offer our visitors a fantastic selection of curries to try and will be sampling a different selection each week with tastes from India, Thailand, Malaysia and China.

See where our Curries originate
On offer at the Countryman Shipley will be a Butternut Squash and Chickpea Curry, a Goan Monk-fish Curry, Thai Green Curry, Lamb Rogan Josh and a Malaysia Beef Rendang. All of which are priced at just £10 including fragrant rice, puppodoms, chapati and home-made naan bread.
Also available at The Countryman Pub and priced at only £5 is our Vietnamese Spicy Chicken Salad; shredded chicken served with a mix of fresh coriander, mint and lime. Finish with sliced red chillies and crushed peanuts.

Of course, we won’t just be serving curries, our normal menu will also be available with a wide range of foods from our much loved Chicken Melt to our classic and simple Ham, Egg and Chips.
